This website at xflow.solutions (the "Site") is operated by Xyenta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, trading as "xflow" ("xflow", "we", "us", "our").
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy and Cookies Statement, govern your use of the Site. They do not govern your use of any xflow product or service, which is subject to a separate written agreement between you and us.

You must not submit any content to the Site that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringes the rights of any third party, or contains any virus or other harmful code.
6. Linking to our site and third-party links
You may link to our home page or any publicly accessible page of the Site, provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. 12. General terms, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of their provisions.
